Season is Underway
After only having three teams a week ago, the league has ballooned to six teams. Two games got played yesterday. The Fit Cat Hunters took down the Neighbors by eleven points. In the second game, the Gatherers defeated the Settlers by 15 points. The Gatherers are the early season favorites.

Game times have been changed to 6:45, 7:40, and 8:30 each night. There will not be much warmup between games. We will need to be out of the gym by 9:30pm each night.

First Day of Three Games
Fit Cat Hunters have won again, putting the early target on their back at (2-0). They took down the Gathers (1-1). Strive Prep Jungle Cats FINALLY got their first game in, which they won over Overweight and Out of Shape. The Neighbors got their first win of the season, defeating the Settlers. The Settlers have dug themselves into an early (0-2) hole.

Spring leagues have been posted for many sports on the website. Make sure to register as soon as possible, as space is limited. Also, check out The Spot for after game food and drink specials!

The season is starting to pick up speed, with another week in the books. Barnum, the newest team, took to the court and defeated the Gatherers. Overweight and Out of Shape failed to show a team, so they forfeited. The Hunters were able to kill the Jungle Cats in the last game. The Cat Hunters are leading the pack at (3-0).

Overweight & Outta Shape forfeited to The Fellas.
Two Teams Still Undefeated
Overweight and Out of Shape failed to field a team for the second straight week. The Fellas and The Neighbors both received wins from the forfeits. The Fellas also defeated the Strive Jungle Cats to improve to (3-0). The Fit Cat Hunters took down the Settlers in order to keep their record clean at (4-0). So now we have two undefeated teams still. But they won’t play each other until the last game of the season. It will be intense if both teams are still undefeated by that time.

In the last game, the Neighbors defeated the Gatherers in a close one. The Neighbors are keeping pace at (3-1) and only a game out. They will be in the mix.

Another week with poor attendance. The Settlers and the Fit Cat Hunters both received wins via forfeits. Cat Hunters (5-0) are now in sole possession of first place. The Settlers (2-4) have gotten both of their wins from forfeits.

The Neighbors (5-1) won their double header and gave the Fellas their first loss of the season. The Fellas (4-1) are now in third place. They won the last game against the Gatherers (1-5).

Fit Cat Hunters Finish Unblemished
The regular season came to an end with the Fit Cat Hunters finishing with an undefeated season. They will be the first seed heading into the playoffs. The Fellas and the Neighbors both played a great game, but it was the Fellas pulling out the victory. Even with the loss, the Neighbors were able to hold onto the second seed. The Fellas will be the third seed. Strive Prep (3-4) will head into the tournament as number four. The Settlers and the Gatherers will be #5 and #6.

First Round Results
The top seeds both win their play-in games to advance to the semifinals. #4 Strive Jungle Cats pulled of a 14 point victory to advance. Strive will play the top seeded Hunters next week.

On the other side, The Fellas were able to win by eight points and take the victory. They will play the #2 ranked Neighbors in the semifinals.
