Hung Like Manute are back to back champions, but their road was not easy. The Skyhookers and Charles Oakley's Flattop gave them all they could handle.

Championship night at DU was intense. In the first semifinal game, I’M TALKING ABOUT PRACTICE fell to number one seeded CHARLES OAKLEY’S FLAT TOP. Mike T took the player of the game honors, racking up the stats. It was fairly one sided contest, but it’s what you would expect from the top seed.

In the other semifinal, HUNG LIKE MANUTE was back to defend their spring championship. The SKYHOOKERS were not going to back down. This game was intense. Both teams were playing at their optimal level. Mr. Weeks took player of the game honors. Towards the end, HLM took the lead and would not give it up; they would advance to the championship.

HUNG LIKE MANUTE and CHARLES OAKLEY’S FLAT TOP have been regular foes for some time now. Both teams were playing their second game of the night, which made play a little slower and a little rougher. AJ took the player of the game honors. When it came down to it, HUNG LIKE MANUTE hung on to win the championship and become back-to-back champions.

Thanks for the great season!
